#SubmissionSunday | Zeekapten Featuring SeouddrumS & Hopiho – Mwen Plen Lanmou Pou Ou
by Phil Chard
Haitian artist Zeekapten collaborated with the Cameroonian duo of SeouddrumS and Hopiho on his latest single Mwen Pien Lanmou Pou. The SeouddrumS produced song merges Creole and French as the the trio drop incredibly smooth and annoying lines directed at the ladies.
Franko – Faut Pas Taper Sur Madame
by Phil Chard
Since coming across his work a few months Cameroonian rapper Franko has consistently impressed me with his releases. The rapper has found the right mix of lyrically impressive bars that have forced me to up my Duolingo app usage and melodic deliveries that will still get your head nodding even if if you parlez what he rappez . His new single Faut Pas Taper Sur Madame is more of the latter and melds several musical styles together beautifully such as Soukous, Hip Hop and Pop.
To here Fronko revert to spittin these bars in a real watch this radio freestyle that he dropped last week.

Submission | Janea Pol’anrhy – La Danse du Chien Mechant
by Phil Chard
Cameron's Janéa Pol’Anrhy just submitted his new track La Danse du Chien Menchant (The dance of the vicious dog). All I want to see now is a music video for this song with a viscous american pitbull dancing passionately ot this. The song s great combination of traditional sounds with EDM and rock elements.
Franko – Téléphone (Official Video)
by Phil Chard
With the advent of cellphones and instant messaging the dynamics of social and romantic interactions have become infinitely more complex and muddied. Cameroonian artist Franko has thrust himself smack dab into the heart of the debate to help provide some much needed commentary on the a myriad of topics included but not limited to “who is he texting?”
Téléphone is a light hearted and entertaining song with an equally entertaining video on the topic of cellular communication. I also found it particularly hilarious that Judge Franko presides over his court with a rubber mallet instead of a gavel.

TCHOPDYE – Désintégrés
by Phil Chard
Language barrier aside it is very hard to describe the music of TCHOPDYE. The duo are a fusion of Hip Hop, Pop, Alternative music and a self described "Afrofuturiste" style. That being said their single Désintégrés which roughly translates to disintegrates is a deconstruction of the genres I listed above in an incredibly new and entertaining sound that forms a unique pairing of the sounds from the two nations the group calls home . France & Cameroon.
Submission | Bala 2K – Kiss U (Official Video)
by Phil Chard
Cameroon's Bala 2K's just dropped the video for his first official song titled Kiss U . The song is a mix Makossa, Afro beats, and Dance. As the titles suggests the song tell the story of Bala and his lover as they traverse the highs of a relationship. Special shout out goes to the lady in the red dress.

Stanley Enow Featuring AKA & Locko – Bounce ( Official Video )
by Phil Chard
South African rapper AKA made his intentions to actively branch out into the rest of Africa and expand his brand beyond his own borders last year. Recently the Supermega has worked with Diamond (Tanzania), LayLizzy (Mozambique),Joh Makini (Kenya), Wande Coal & Burna Boy (Nigeria), and Sarkodie (Ghana)
Cameroon’s biggest rap export Stanley Enow can add himself to that list as the two artists link up with the vocalist Locko on their new collaboration Bounce. Directed by Studio Space Pictures and set in Johannesburg the video sees Stanley rolling around the Gauteng streets in a drop top Bentley where he meets AKA at swank mansion for pool party .
